When/where was the term [[isofibration]] first coined?
It appears in Steve Lack's paper Homotopy-theoretic aspects of 2-monads from 2006. Can anyone find an earlier reference?
On Google Scholar, the only results that come up from earlier than that paper and Lack and Paoli's paper on 2-nerves for bicategories for the same month are a Toën-Vezzosi paper from '02 that doesn't contain the word and, amusingly, an acoustics paper from '96 containing instead the word "isovibration". So I think it's fair to say the word was probably coined by Lack (and perhaps Paoli) in '96.
