Could everyone at the MRC, who hasn't done so yet, send me email tentatively associating with one of our 5 subgroups, please? By Monday morning in CA, please.

The subgroups are:

  1. Dial and Games, @Jérémie Koenig , @Jan Rooduijn , @Colin Bloomfield
  2. Dial and Poly, @Nelson Niu , @Joseph Dorta, @Samantha Jarvis

  3. Dial and Lenses, @Bruno Gavranovic, @Matteo Capucci (he/him) , @Jonathan Weinberger , @Abdullah Malik , @Francisco Rios
    EDIT: our subgroups have been a bit modified 4 and 5 were merged

  4. Dial implementations, @Eric Bond and Dial Petri nets, @Charlotte Aten

The subgroups have lots of overlap amongst themselves and the assignments are only tentative, as amply discussed before. but maths is easierin groups of 2 or 3 than in bigger groups.

I'd like us to arrive in Beaver Hollow with questions from each subgroup, say some 20 questions,
that we think we may be able to answer.

I also would like subgroups to decide on only TWO references that are the most essential reading for everyone, if possible.
