Upon her altar's west facade were offered shiny sacrificial legos; around the east was strewn some slimy chewing gum. Half sought to discard her altar to the moon's dark side to silence her forever more; half cheered to elevate her to the moon's light side so that she might illuminate us all. In the end, they compromised.
Now she sits on the horizon. And she smiles at such a profound duality.
