Does anyone know a good reference for the explicit description of the (conical) (pseudo/bi-/2-/whatever-)limit of a pseudofunctor C:I→CatC : I \to \mathrm{Cat}?
By "explicit description" I mean what is given in section 4 of http://www.paultaylor.eu/domains/limccc.pdf (but I'm looking for some more canonical reference); not something involving symbols like [I,Cat](1,C(−))[I, \mathrm{Cat}](1, C(-)).
