I've been slowly reading David Jaz Myers's book on and off for a while, but I started devoting more time to it leading up to ACT. It's a lot!! I'd love to talk with people through some of the more difficult concepts and do exercises together. Would anyone be up for that? I realize I'm already halfway through the book, but I'm down to start wherever
