I'm trying to find the following paper of Gray:
Gray, J.W., The 2-Adjointness of the Fibred Category Construction,
Symposia Mathematica IV, Istituto Nazionale di Alta Matematica,
Academic Press, London and New York (1970), p.457-492.
I haven't had any luck finding "Symposia Mathematica IV", even behind paywalls.
Does anyone have a copy of this, or some hint?
