When $C$ is a cartesian closed category and $y:C \to {\rm Set}^{C^{\rm op}}$ is the Yoneda embedding, what relationship, if any, is there between $y(c'^c)$ and $y(c')^{y(c)}$?

They are isomorphic. You can prove it with the Yoneda lemma. (-:O
