A partial map classifier $B_{\bot}$ comes with a standard partial arrow $B_{\bot} \rightharpoonup B$. Is the "forward" part of this arrow always an isomorphism, or only in a topos? What about partial map classifiers relative to a restricted class of monomorphisms?
