I have finally managed to get my CT work into position to contribute to the climate dilemma the way I believe it needs to be addressed. Let me thank you for your continued work on this issue and inspiring so many capable people to devote time to this matter. I have said this before, but without John's early expository work on category theory, I would not have been inspired. This paper addresses what I see as the main problem that blocks action. This problem is what I call "Consensus without Conformity". The argument is that Red and Blue states do not need to culturally win or consume each other to have consensus over difficult issues. You will see a CT foundation for speaking about cultural features then game theory appear naturally. Then you will see a potential solution to the problem.

I don't understand the math here, so I can't tell whether you're accomplishing what you hope to be, but I am glad you are trying to work on this.
