There will be a workshop at the National Institute of Standards and Technology November 3-4 2022:

• Compositional Structures for Systems Engineering and Design.

The focus of this workshop is to foster the development of applications of category theory to systems engineering and design. We are interested in bringing together experts from engineering and applied category theory, and those involved in software tools development. There will be several talks/demos showcasing existing approaches as well as ample time for discussion.

It's being organized by Joseph Moeller and Priyaa Varshinee Srinivasan, and here are the currently confirmed speakers:
