There will be a symposium on the categorical semantics of entropy at the CUNY Grad Center in Manhattan on Friday May 13th, organized by John Terilla. As a warmup, @Tai-Danae Bradley and I are giving tutorials on the subject on Wednesday May 11th.
Here's a program, including a description of all the talks:
You have to register to attend or to watch talks on Zoom. I don't know if the talks will be recorded, so please don't ask. I'm trying to find out!
The tutorial with my talk Entropy from category theory and @Tai-Danae Bradley's talk Entropy and operads is now on YouTube here.
Don't forget, there will be 4 more talks on Friday, available via Zoom if you register, or on YouTube later.
