Are monoidal bicategories the same as Segal trifunctors F:Δop→BicatF:\Delta^{\mathrm{op}}\to\mathsf{Bicat} such that F(0)≅∗F(0)\cong \ast, or do we have to change the base (bi)category Δop\Delta^{\mathrm{op}}? i.e. does "trifunctor" cover all coherences you expect in a monoidal bicategory?
