Topic: enrichments and extensions of PRO(P)s

I'm working on a kind of enrichment for PRO(P)s, so I want to see what's out there to compare :)

I've found some things, such as PROPs being defined over vector spaces, modules, simplicial sets, and nominal sets. Does anyone have any more examples or general constructions or references to either? Anything and everything is greatly appreciated!
