John Baez (Jun 27 2023 at 18:27):I guess the solution of the mystery is that Borceux published his paper in Annales de la Societé Scientifique de Bruxelles. Série I. Sciences Mathématiques, Astronomiques et Physiques, whereas there was a related earlier journal Annales de la Société scientifique de Bruxelles A. Sciences mathématiques that lasted only until 1936.

OK it seems like CMU only has the journal issues until Vol 56, from 1936. According to the library website it's the same journal though.
