Does anyone know where I can find this paper?
Borceux, F., ‘Sheaves of algebras for a commutative theory’, Ann. Soc. Sci. Bruxelles 95 (1981), 3–19.
The Internet seems to think this journal only existed until 1936!
Hmm, that's true. Very strange!
There is a math review . And in our library it's listed as available "off-site". I requested a scan.
I guess the solution of the mystery is that Borceux published his paper in Annales de la Societé Scientifique de Bruxelles. Série I. Sciences Mathématiques, Astronomiques et Physiques, whereas there was a related earlier journal Annales de la Société scientifique de Bruxelles A. Sciences mathématiques that lasted only until 1936.

OK it seems like CMU only has the journal issues until Vol 56, from 1936. According to the library website it's the same journal though.
ILL?
I just noticed I have a paper from vol 93 of that journal from the CMU ILL.
I'll be in Louvain-la-Neuve next week so perhaps I can consult their library (or, at worst, Bruxelles'!)
I submitted an ILL (inter library loan) request!
Thank you so much!
Still waiting to hear back ...
