in holland they have two national "nobels":

• Spinoza Award for theory
• Simon Stevin Award for applied sciences
  Ieke Moerdijk won a "Spinoza" i think in 2017.

Good for him!! His monograph on Categorical Logic and Type Theory is truly one of my favorite books. It is a shame that he has left logic, great loss to the discipline.
